The Head Coach of Nigerian football, the Super Eagles, Gernot Rohr, has reportedly been sacked by the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF).
The critical decision to sack the head coach of senior team was taken after a company (undisclosed) associated with the Super Eagles agreed to pay the termination clause in the contract of the coach.
It is widely believed that his sack came in after many football lovers began calling out the head coach for lack of tactics and poor performance.
With many having the belief that Rohr can’t win anything with the team.
Reports have it that the NFF have communicated the decision to the former Niger and Burkina Faso’s coach.
The NFF is currently said to be in search of a coach that would lead the Super Eagles to the Afcon competition and hopefully the world cup tournament in Qatar.
